I was referred to Estevan by a family member who had been really happy with the work he had done for her years ago. I called Estevan for window treatments. We set up an initial appointment where he came to take measurements and listen to what I was looking for. I had a very specific idea in mind. Also, My space is small and it gets very very hot. He gave me great suggestions, came several times to show me different samples until he saw I was 100% happy and even scheduled a company to come and give me a consultation on adding an invisible film on the windows to help with the heat.
I was just as satisfied with the installation process. The gentleman, Pablo, that came with Estevan to install was polite, knowledgeable and a true professional.
They left the space the way they found it. Cleaned up after themselves and even offered to take the old blinds and dispose of them for me.
A couple of weeks after installation I noticed one of the blinds was a bit off balance and I contacted Estevan. That same day the installer came and resolved the minor issue.
I will definitely be calling on TMD when I get ready to make some changes to other rooms. They also upholster furniture and there a few pieces in my home I will be consulting with them on real soon.
